Terms of service

These terms cover your use of DocReel (docreel.app). By using it, you agree to them. Questions: hello@docreel.app.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the documents you upload and to the videos made from them.
• You give us permission to process your documents as described in the privacy policy, only to make and deliver your videos.
• Only upload documents you have the right to use. Don't upload anything illegal, anything that infringes someone else's rights, or personal information about other people that you're not allowed to share.

AI-generated videos

Scripts, narration and visuals are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Review a video before you publish or rely on it.

Plans and limits

Each plan's limits (videos per 30 days, document size, how long videos are kept) are shown on the pricing section. We may change the Free plan's limits. Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, and don't use it to make content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful or harmful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep DocReel running, but it's provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and email signed-up users about significant changes. Continuing to use DocReel after a change means you accept it.
